Sunny has been a part of Square One since 2017. Starting as a licenced agent, he moved on to team lead, supervisor, and finally management positions. Prior to joining Square One, Sunny worked in operations management in the restaurant industry.
Within Square One, Sunny’s role requires in-depth knowledge of both the company’s products and broader industry standards. As Call Centre Manager with Square One, Sunny supports agents and team leads on complex policy and underwriting matters. Sunny also leads Square One’s internal training programs, which includes:
Sunny holds a general insurance level 2 license in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba. He also holds an OTL license in Ontario and an AMF licence in Quebec. Additionally, he is working towards his Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker and Chartered Insurance Professional designations. Sunny also holds a diploma in Accounting Management from Douglas College.
