Claims Team Lead (BC-Remote)

Your success in this role comes from your superior analytical and decision-making skills, as well as strong leadership skills. You can quickly coach others on what claims are and aren't covered. While you don't enjoy conflict, you handle it effectively. You have end-to-end responsibility for internally adjusted claims, which are handled by road adjusters, telephone adjusters, examiners, and our online system. You work closely with the claims manager and supervisors to identify the training and mentoring needs of claims employees by conducting file reviews, team huddles, and one-on-ones. You deliver guidance that meets those needs. You ensure sound and reasoned decisions are made on files, and great service is delivered. You are the first line of communication on conflict issues, and actively coach staff, helping them build capacity for the same skill sets.
